KadiePost

About us

What KadiePost is, what it publishes and where every figure comes from.

A results and data portal

KadiePost brings together in one place two things you normally have to look for separately. On one side the scoreboard: live results, today’s fixtures, calendars and standings for football, basketball and baseball, plus British greyhound racing. On the other, market data: currencies, cryptocurrencies and commodities, with their history and charts. It is published in Spanish, English and French.

There is no newsroom, which is why every figure names its source

KadiePost has no reporters and publishes neither reporting nor opinion: what it offers is data from identified sources, organised and placed where it can be compared. That is the whole proposition, and it is why every section carries its source in plain sight rather than buried in a credits page.

Each figure is requested again from its source at a rate matched to how fast it changes: matches in play every minute, the day’s fixtures every half hour, calendars every four hours, standings every six, cryptocurrencies every twelve minutes, exchange rates every six hours and commodities every twelve. Between two updates, what you see is the last thing the source gave.

Two tools written here

Besides the data, the site has two tools of its own, free to use. The news checker breaks a text into claims and looks each one up in other outlets, scoring every domain against a catalogue of sources maintained here. The QR code generator builds the code in your own browser, with no third-party libraries and without what you type ever leaving your device.

How to get in touch

We do not publish an email address because the site does not yet have accounts of its own. To flag a figure that does not add up, ask for a competition or suggest something, use the contact form: messages go straight to whoever runs the site.
